Exciting things are happening in Andover as we move forward with plans to totally transform the town.

Test Valley Borough Council has developed a masterplan for Andover, which sets out a vision for the future of the town We’re going to create a bright new town centre that will draw people in to live, relax and shop, and help businesses to thrive and grow.

Two of our key regeneration projects are now underway; to develop a beautiful new riverside park alongside the river Anton at Western Avenue and build a brand new theatre in the heart of the town.
